Invest for Better features Diane Bourdo, Humphreys Group President, as a Pathfinder. Bourdo shares her personal and professional values, particularly those that involve helping women manage their finances. This has been her main goal throughout the past 25-plus years of her career. Diane strongly believes in continuous learning, as well as combining a dedication to pursuing effective financial outcomes for her clients with an experimental approach to allow for constant evolution in her work. Beyond her career in financial planning, Bourdo is interested in work that serves communities, such as the pro bono committee she takes part in to provide underserved communities with financial advice.
As part of her area of interest in financial work that serves communities, Diane Bourdo features her favorite impact investment as an Invest for Better Pathfinder. This particular impact investment is Adasina Social Justice All Cap Global ETF (JSTC), “one of the only funds she is aware of that has built a portfolio of stocks that reflects social justice values and advances progressive movements for change.” This fund contributes to the areas of racial, gender, economic, and climate justice through investment and advocacy. Diane is inspired by the efforts to address these issues through impact investment in this fund.
Invest for Better is “a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that gives women the confidence, skills, and encouragement they need to take control of their assets and use them to influence things they care about.”
